Delivery Information
Every piece is made to order. I don't hold finished stock, so your furniture is built specifically for you. That means lead times are longer than off-the-shelf retail, but you get a piece made to your exact specification.
Lead Times
These lead times are typical from the date your order is confirmed. All dates are estimates and may vary during busy periods or if materials are slow coming in. I'll always tell you if anything changes.
- Desks and tabletops, 3 to 6 weeks
- Bespoke or custom-finish orders, 5 to 7 weeks
You'll get a dispatch notification with tracking details as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Shipping Costs
- UK mainland, free delivery
- Northern Ireland, £30
- Channel Islands, £50
Shipping is calculated at checkout and applied automatically based on your delivery address.
How I Deliver
Everything goes out flat-pack via a specialist furniture courier. Flat-pack keeps your piece protected in transit and means it can come into your home or office without needing large-vehicle access or specialist handling.
Every order includes all the fixings and full assembly instructions. Assembly is straightforward and takes a few minutes with ordinary household tools.
A Note on Estimated Dates
The completion and delivery dates I give at the time of order are estimates. I work hard to meet every date I quote, but handcrafted furniture is subject to the natural variables of making, including timber drying times, finish curing, and what else is in the workshop. If your timeline shifts, you'll hear it from me rather than having to chase.
