The Bruton is our signature home office desk, handcrafted from solid pine with a warm beech finish. Built to order from our Somerset workshop, it combines clean, contemporary lines with the warmth of natural wood.
The lightly steamed beech finish brings out the natural grain of the pine, giving each desk its own character. Paired with your choice of steel leg style, it works equally well in a dedicated home office or a living space that doubles as a workspace.
Available in a range of widths (80–200cm) and depths (50–80cm), with four leg style options to suit your space. Standard thickness is 32mm; however, I can also do a version that is 40mm thick, or make the desk to your exact custom size — please contact me for a quote.
Want the desktop on its own? Choose the “Desktop no legs” option to buy just the solid wood top (available in 32mm or 40mm thickness) — supplied as the desktop only, with no legs, screws or fittings. Ideal if you already have a sit-stand frame, trestles, hairpin or your own legs.

All our Box Frame Legs are handmade in England, UK.
▪ The metal legs have been cleaned & prepped along with a black powder-coated finish.
▪ Our legs may vary slightly in colour & texture as they are handmade.
▪ All our rustic furniture is supplied in flat pack form, assembly is simple & takes 15 minutes.

This desk is finished in Osmo Walnut Stain — a rich, warm tone that brings out the natural grain of the solid pine.

▪ Can be refreshed with Osmo TopOil or Polyx-Oil

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on this product. As these are bespoke made to measure we can not offer refunds on these.
Damage on delivery: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Care Guide
When cleaning your furniture use a clean, dry, non-abrasive cloth. For this product we recommend Osmo Spray Cleaner.
Solid wood is a natural living, breathing material that ages over time. It has characteristics that include cracks in the wood, knots, mineral deposits, inclusions, as well as grain and pigment variations (sometimes wood filler is required) some natural movement is to be expected. However, these things do not interfere with the structural integrity.
