The Somerton is my monitor shelf desk, handcrafted from solid pine with a wax oil stain finish. Built to order in my Somerset workshop, it combines the clean lines of the Bruton with an integrated monitor shelf that raises your screen to a comfortable eye level.
The stain finish brings out the natural grain of the pine, giving each desk its own character. The raised shelf keeps your monitor off the main surface, freeing up space and cutting clutter, which makes it equally at home in a dedicated office or a living space that doubles as a workspace.
Available in widths from 80cm to 200cm and depths from 50cm to 90cm, with four leg styles to suit your space. Standard thickness is 32mm. I can also make it 40mm thick, or build it to a custom size that isn't listed. Get in touch for a quote.
