The Wedmore is our solid black walnut bench, handcrafted from premium American black walnut and built to order from our Somerset workshop. The natural partner to the Wedmore Table — and just as at home in a hallway, kitchen or at the end of a bed.

American black walnut is prized for its rich, dark chocolate-brown colour and striking natural grain — no two benches are identical. Finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil to protect the surface while letting the natural character of the wood come through, and paired with your choice of powder-coated steel leg styles, handmade in England.

Because every bench is made to order, you choose the exact length to suit your table or your space. A bench tucks completely under the table when not in use — the simplest way to seat more people in less room. Pair it with the Wedmore Table in the same black walnut and finish for a matched set.
