The Wedmore is our solid black walnut coffee table, handcrafted from premium American black walnut and built to order from our Somerset workshop. The natural partner to the Wedmore Table and Wedmore Bench — and the piece that anchors a living room.

American black walnut is prized for its rich, dark chocolate-brown colour and striking natural grain — no two tops are identical. Finished with Osmo Polyx-Oil to protect the surface while letting the natural character of the wood come through, and paired with your choice of powder-coated steel leg styles, handmade in England.

Made to your specification

Choose your width from 80cm up to 180cm and your depth from 50cm to 80cm, at a standard 32mm top thickness on 40cm legs — 43.2cm overall, the right proportion to sit alongside a sofa. As a guide, a coffee table usually works best at around two-thirds the length of your sofa.
